Short description
The wiki module looses the edit summary every time an error is raised. For example parser error in RST syntax (i. e. missing link).
Steps to reproduce
Creae a wiki page with a link contained, don't define the link target. Give edit summary.
Expected behavior
Pointing out the missing link target, bute altered wiki page content and edit summary remain in the input fields.
Actual behavior
Edit summary field is empty.
