Short description
Make issue title clickable in issue overview. Right now you have to click on the tiny issue number, which is not very user-friendly.
Steps to reproduce
View the issue tracker overview or the issues list.
Expected result
When I click on the issue`s title, I want to get to the actual issue, the detailed description.
Actual result
The issue title is not a link, I have to click on the tiny issue number to get to the actual issue.
