#13: Provide the item 'all' in 'Affected versions' field

Short description
In the issue creation formular you have to select the versions that are effected by your reported bug. If it affects all versions (like in case of creation of a enhancement request) it would be nice to have the item 'all' to select all versions with one click.

Go to issue creation formular
Expected behaviour
There is an itel 'all' to tell that all versions are effected by the reported issue.
Actual behaviour
I have to select all versions in the list.
