Short description
If you want to register and use the OpenID method, there is no Info, if the Username is already used.
Steps to reproduce
register normal, and than with openID, using the same username
Expected behavior
An Info that the Username is Already in Use
Actual behavior
No Info and you are irritated, why the login later dont work

Fixed in revision #1630.
