Short description
In the user interface the configuration of the notifications are part of the project, like the tracker and the wiki. In fact, the notifications belong to the user context, so the notification configuration should be part of the user settings ("My Account").
Expected behaviour
Notification configuration should be part of the user settings ("My Account"), because this belongs to the user context.
Actual behaviour
In the current user interface the notification configuration is part of the project configuration.
