Short description
Internationalization of the user interface. This requires:

Translation of template strings
-
i18n of Dates, respecting the users timezone
-
i18n of number formatting
Optionally test the stylesheets to work with R2L languages.
Content translation is not required, left to the modules, if it makes sense there. Generally speaking contents of one project tracking system will be in only one language, even it might differ from english.

Implemented.
Some templates may still miss the translation markup, but this can just be fixed when noticed.
There are no active translations and the translation files might be outdated, but the infrastructure is definitely ready.
