Short description
Check RST markup in issue tracker on issue creation. Otherwise an exception will be thrown when viewing the issue.
Steps to reproduce
Create an issue with textual content, which let the RST parser throw an exception.
Expected behavior
Get an error on issue creation
Actual behavior
Exception throw when viewing the issue.
