Short description
- In some cases there is no locale available in the translation manager. This causes in errors like this:

The translation file '/Users/hco/Projekte/arbit/trunk/src/translations/.xml' does not exist.
Steps to reproduce
For instance after submitting a new issue i receive the above error message.
