Permission lost on import, in the groups group-users and group-anonymous.
Steps to reproduce

Assign some permissions to either of the groups

./scripts/use/couchdb -p $project export -
./scripts/use/couchdb -p $project import
Expected behavior
Permissions are preserved.
Actual behavior
Permissions are lost.
