Short description

Mails from the issue tracker do not contain a subject line.

The subject should:

  1. Be set specifically for the respective mails.

  2. Default to something meaningful if the template does not provide a title.

    Fixed in revision #680. Mail titles are now always set to some default value if not provided by the template.
